Annual Service
Pay as you go
Annual Service is designed for customers that have their boilers or appliances serviced on an annual basis. The boiler or appliances are serviced to the manufacturer’s specification by fully qualified, fully insured Gas Safe and OFTEC registered engineers. All equipment details will be entered into our database and when it’s time for your annual service we will contact you to arrange a convenient time to call. This service is extremely helpful with customers requiring Landlord Gas Safety Certificates for rented properties.
Annual Service could offer a discount on service charges if you have more than one appliance. Contact our office on 01249 713476 and speak to one of our service team regarding discounts.
Annual Service customers will be attended to as quickly as possible in the event of a breakdown or system fault, especially important in those cold winter months when heating engineers are at a premium.
For a 24-hour priority service, choose one of our Ultra-Care Plans.
Annual Service customers can obtain advice on how to achieve maximum efficiency from their heating system along with recommendations on controls and programmer settings.
Annual Service is a “pay on completion of works”.
We can advise you on what type of heating system is best for your property, based on over 50 years of Ultra-Warm’s experience in the heating industry. We also offer a full design service for heating and hot water installations, for both domestic and commercial properties
Labour Protection Plan
Includes a comprehensive service
Ultra-Care 2 is a labour protection plan. The protection plan covers labour for carrying out electrical and mechanical repairs on oil and gas boilers up to 40 kW.
Ultra-Care 2 includes a full annual service which is carried out to the manufacturer’s specification by fully qualified, fully insured Gas Safe and OFTEC registered engineers
All equipment details will be entered into our database and when it’s time for your annual service we will contact you to arrange a convenient time to call. This service is extremely helpful with customers requiring Landlord Gas Safety Certificates for rented properties.
What’s Covered? All labour involved in replacing any defective component within the boiler plus:
• Programmer or Time Clock
• Room Thermostat
• Zone Valve or Mid-position Valve
• Domestic Heating Circulating Pump

Ultra-Care 2 covers up to a maximum of £700.00 of labour costs per year, inclusive of VAT.
There is an Excess Charge with this protection plan of £50.00 plus VAT, per reported fault.
A full service will be required before issuing an Ultra-Care 2 protection plan.
Ultra-Care 2 certificate of cover will be issued complete with our ‘out of hours’ telephone number, for use in the event of emergencies.
Costs can be spread over a 12-month period by paying by direct debit, although a small 5% administration charge will be added.
Materials & Labour Protection Plan
Includes a comprehensive service
Ultra-Care 3 is a labour and materials boiler protection plan. It covers all electrical and mechanical faults on oil and gas boilers up to 40 kW.
Ultra-Care 3 includes a full annual service which is carried out to the manufacturer’s specification by fully qualified, fully insured Gas Safe and OFTEC registered engineers.
All equipment details will be entered into our database and when it’s time for your annual service we will contact you to arrange a convenient time to call. This service is extremely helpful with customers requiring Landlord Gas Safety Certificates for rented properties.
What’s Covered? The replacement of the following:
• Heating circulating pump
• Time clock or programmer
• Hot water thermostat
• Boiler thermostat
• PCB board
• Fan motor
• Burner motor
• Oil pump
• Ignition transformer
• Ignition electrodes
• Electronic or hard-wired room

• Mid position valve or zone valves

Ultra-Care 3 covers up to a maximum of £800.00 of labour costs per year, inclusive of VAT.

Ultra-Care 3 certificate will be issued complete with our ‘out of hours’ telephone number, for use in the case of emergencies. Boilers 10 years old or more cannot be covered due to possible components being obsolete.

Heating & Hot Water Protection Plan
Includes a comprehensive service
Ultra-Care 4 is our ultimate heating and hot water complete system protection plan for oil and gas boilers up to 40 kW.
Ultra-Care 4 includes a full annual service which is carried out to the manufacturer’s specification by fully qualified, fully insured Gas Safe and OFTEC registered engineers.
All equipment details will be entered into our database and when it’s time for your annual service we will contact you to arrange a convenient time to call. This service is extremely helpful with customers requiring Landlord Gas Safety Certificates for rented properties.
What’s Covered? Ultra-Care 4 covers the replacement of the following:
- Heating circulating pump
- Time clock or programmer
- Hot water thermostat
- Boiler thermostat
- PCB board
- Fan motor
- Burner motor
- Oil pump
- Ignition transformer
- Ignition electrodes
- Electronic or hard-wired room thermostat
- Zone valve
- Mid position valve
- Steel radiators (except designer)
- Radiator valves (except antique style)
- Open vented hot water cylinders
- Hot water storage tanks
- Heating cold feed
- Expansion tanks.

Ultra-Care 3 covers up to a maximum of £1000.00 of labour costs per year, inclusive of VAT.
There is an Excess Charge with this protection plan of £60.00 plus VAT, per reported fault.
A full service will be required before issuing an Ultra-Care 4 protection plan.
Ultra-Care 4 certificate will be issued complete with our ‘out of hours’ telephone number, for use in the case of emergencies. Boilers 10 years old or more cannot be covered due to possible components being obsolete.
